The
company has been awarded a three year contract
by ONGC for a 1000HP mobile drilling rig
in Assam. This rig was mobilised in May,
2009 and operations have been commenced since
then. Varun has supplied the complete package
of drilling services alongwith rig, associated
equipment and crew as per the defined scope
of work to ONGC.
The company has also been awarded Operation & Maintenance
(O&M) contract by Ankleshwar and Karaikal
assets of ONGC in 2008, which are running smoothly.
Varun is now vying for more business with leading
domestic and global players and is confident
of emerging as a reliable and reputed service
provider while setting benchmarks for its quality
and dedication.
